Ben Sheehy currently serves as a ServiceNow Developer based in the greater Denver, Colorado area. Ben has worked with the ServiceNow platform for several years now and offers his expertise as an administrator, developer, architect and engagement manager. Starting as an application analyst with Critigen back in 2009, Ben quickly moved up in the ServiceNow industry. Soon, he became a developer with Critigen – playing the role as the primary support and developer for Critigen’s ServiceNow needs.

After working for Critigen for two years, Ben Sheehy decided to take a ServiceNow Developer position with Motricity. Here, Ben worked as the Lead Engineer for support and development of Motricity’s Software as a Service (SaaS) IT Service Management system. During this time, Ben honed his project management skills while also working as a business analyst. Ben Sheehy also became a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator at this time.

Ben worked with Motricity until February 2012 when he took a position with Fruition Partners. At Fruition, Ben continued to work in the ServiceNow industry – this time as the Senior Technical Analyst. Working with multiple clients, Ben spent a lot of time doing custom application development for each of them. He worked on integrating his designs with each client’s existing ITSM solution.

In October 2012, Ben Sheehy decided to become an independent contractor for ServiceNow. Working as a Developer, Administrator, and Architect, Ben has spanned across all parts of the ServiceNow platform. He has done a lot of work with the implementation of Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management. Also, Ben is experienced in Asset Management, Service Level Management, and integrations including SCCM, Mirrow42, and ODBC data sources. Having completed over 30 different implementations as an independent contract, Ben Sheehy is now considered one of the premier developers in the industry.

Ben Sheehy has attended six national conventions covering ServiceNow and ITSM in the last five years. During that time span, Ben Sheehy has worked on 40+ separate customer projects in multiple capacities.

Outside of the ServiceNow industry, Ben Sheehy loves spending time with his three daughters and his wife, Olga. Born in Dubuque, Iowa, Ben has moved all across the country. Currently, Ben lives in Littleton, Colorado.

Ben Sheehy has a variety of interests such as scuba diving and flying. A certified scuba diving instructor, Ben has logged over 300 combined dives in Cozumel, Cancun and the Cayman Islands. As a private pilot, Ben has logged over 120 flight hours.

Recently, Ben has become interested in aerial photography. He owns three DJI Phantom quadcopters which he uses to photography various places throughout Colorado. He is also a huge fan of sports cars and has been
